Do Ghosts Have to Sign a Crew Deal Memo?

Nearly 60% of our film takes place in a psych ward at night. The amazing facility which mysteriously came to us when we were scouting locations was in fact a psych ward for veterans of war, and was active up to only one week prior to our moving in. It had been so for six or seven decades. Suffice it to say that the place has a colorful history.

Our film PRISM delves deep into the mysteries of consciousness and existence, and it would appear to have stimulated the previous inhabitants. As a result we have lots of stories to tell about our "other crew".

I did not personally experience all of the ghostly "encounters", but I was present, reviewing dailies with my DP and Camera man when we heard a noise down the hall. Being engrossed in our work we only barely registered the noise. I looked up to see my ex-marine brother and fellow crew member white and wide eyed with apprehension, the hairs on his arms standing up. He was in a better position to hear what he described in vivid detail as a sort of flailing gurgling scream from down the hall. It was past midnight, and we were the only people in the building at the time.

Make of that what you will.
